You could hire an Infra Red Camera to see where your house needs most attention - Try Butler Technologies on the BERdirectory website

I believe most BER assessors would do an assessment with issuing the cert if you do not require and it should be €25 or so cheaper as there is a cost to get the cert from SEI.

Any SEI registered assessor should be able to help you out. SEI hold a database of assessors at http://193.178.2.42/SearchAssessors.aspx Finally are you aware of SEI grants? |there is the current Home Energy Savings Scheme for the general public and the Warmer Homes Scheme for low income households (if you are retired it is worth considering this option). Finally there is the Greener Homes Scheme....hope all this helps

Is there a callout service where I can get somebody to assess the energy efficiency of my house? I'm not interested in a certificate, so much as looking for ways to save money, conserve heat.
